GigSona (“we,” “us”) operates gigsona.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. GigSona is currently in active development — this policy will be reviewed and expanded as the product grows, particularly before any payment features launch.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, a contact message, or a vendor application, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the content of your message. We do not currently require account creation, and we do not collect payment information anywhere on the site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to you, to connect your inquiry with the relevant vendor, and to operate and improve GigSona. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Vendor inquiries
When you submit an inquiry on a vendor's profile, the details you provide (name, contact info, and your message) are sent directly to that vendor so they can respond to you.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and application data for as long as reasonably needed to operate the marketplace. You can request that we delete your information by emailing us at the address below.
